HireLevel is seeking an Accountant for a CPA and consulting firm in Creve Coeur, MO. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently along with the ability to perform multiple projects at once. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform multiple public accounting responsibilities
  • Prepare Corporate Tax Returns, Partnership, and S-Corporation Returns
  • Operate with in QuickBooks such as how to restore a backup, pull various financial reports, and how to fix issues with client books
  • Work CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess 
  • Utilize project management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize workflow and perform work accurately under tight deadlines


Job Requirements:


  • B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting or other related field
  • CPA or CPA candidate a plus
  • Extensive experience in corporate returns
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe
  • Excellent communication skills
