Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Conduct quality checks for Quality Systems Department.
Initiate and maintain department programs & systems for tracking & reporting
Handle assigned special projects, and provide general administrative support as needed for department.
Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
Must have previous experience as an Administrative Assistance and experience working in QA or performing Quality Checks.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), especially in creation of spreadsheets & presentations.
Must be detailed oriented, self-disciplined and have good written & verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a physical environment. May need to retrieve information from various areas which may require bending, stooping, twisting, standing, walking and/or go up/down stairs if needed.
