Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Category: Full-time, 6 Month Contract

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Compensation: $13.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Conduct quality checks for Quality Systems Department.
  • Initiate and maintain department programs & systems for tracking & reporting
  • Handle assigned special projects, and provide general administrative support as needed for department.

Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Must have previous experience as an Administrative Assistance and experience working in QA or performing Quality Checks.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), especially in creation of spreadsheets & presentations.
  • Must be detailed oriented, self-disciplined and have good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a physical environment. May need to retrieve information from various areas which may require bending, stooping, twisting, standing, walking and/or go up/down stairs if needed.
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime.
