A local custom fixtures company is hiring for an experienced warehouse supervisor.

Compensation of the Assistant Packaging Manager:
  • $14.00 per hour
  • Benefits available after 90 days

Responsibilities of an Assistant Packaging Manager:
  • Assigning employees, monitoring and adjusting workflow to assure timely completion of orders
  • Prioritize, organize, packing, moving, staging, and processing material within the Packing Department
  • Training and development of new employees
  • Ensure safety procedures are being followed within the department
  • Provide leadership to all employees within the department
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements of an Assistant Packaging Manager:
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Excellent reading, writing, verbal, and mechanical skills
  • Sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Repeated bending, lifting (25-35lbs), stooping, full range of motion required for this position
  • Willingness to cross-train and rotate positions effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • Must meet requirements for background and drug testing policies
