Our client is major manufacturer in North Chicago looking for a Customer Service Representatives on a contract basis in their busy call center. This position will handle a high volume of calls with speed and accuracy, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and use multiple operating environments to meet the needs of customers.

Navigate and troubleshoot HR Record Keeping systems by phone
Participate in back office projects
Analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided
Receive inbound and place outbound calls to customers utilizing information from database
Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills while working with customers
Support customers in navigating and troubleshooting Workday process over the phone and via email
3 to 5 years of customer service/call center experience required
Must speak fluent English and one of the following: Mandarin, Japanese, or Russian
Bachelor degree preferred but not required
Ability to handle a high volume of calls
Must have proven skills in the following PC software products: Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Word
Software knowledge a plus: Microsoft Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday (experience highly preferred), Salesforce (experience highly preferred), RIMS, SAP.
