This is a highly analytical role supporting 100, 000+ Global Employees in navigating and troubleshooting HR System of Record (Workday) over the phone and via emails. Candidates will also have opportunities to participate in other back-office projects.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time, 6 month contract

Location: Abbott Park, IL (Lake County)

Shift: 1st Shift; flex hours available

Job Duties of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
  • Access company database to retrieve customer and company information.
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls as well as placing outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided.
  • Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills while working with customers.
  • Support customers in navigating and troubleshooting Workday process over the phone and via email.

Job Requirements of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service/call center experience required.
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday, Salesforce, RIMS and SAP highly preferred.
