Job Duties of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
Access company database to retrieve customer and company information.
Responsible for taking inbound calls as well as placing outbound calls to assist customers.
Analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided.
Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills while working with customers.
Support customers in navigating and troubleshooting Workday process over the phone and via email.
Job Requirements of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
3 to 5 years of customer service/call center experience required.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday, Salesforce, RIMS and SAP highly preferred.
