Additional Responsibilities of Branch Manager:
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective management of operations.
  • Oversee the operations of the entire office personnel that include business development, staffing and recruiting.
  • Manage recruiting, staffing, and sales teams progress to meet and exceed company KPI s
  • Resolves issues for clients, branch personnel and staff.
  • Develop and build relationships with vendors, potential clients, and current clients in the community through networking and community events.
  • Manages recruitment and sales functions to achieve business goals.
  • Ensures that weekly quality and productivity checks are performed.
  • Manages the office profitability and ensures that all financial performance goals are met.
  • Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance (Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, Legal, WOTC, etc.)
  • Provides weekly metrics to management of all office activity and goals.
  • Other duties assigned as needed to meet goals of HireLevel

Job Requirements of Branch Manager:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years relevant work history in staffing, recruiting, HR preferred with personnel management.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment with challenging customer demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Employee Relations and "people" expert.
  • Strong Customer Service and problem solving skills that allow quickly resolving issues and give advice in a brief concise manner.
  • Ability and desire to work both independently and in a team environment to meet the goals and objections of the company.
