Additional Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
  • Answering phone regarding tax returns and tax refunds.
  • Make outgoing phone to clients regarding service.
  • Positive, team player attitude while interacting with team.
  • Ability to speak clearly to deliver outlined script in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of the Call Center Representative:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Must present a professional demeanor in all interactions
  • High School Graduate.
  • 2-5 years in sales is preferred.
  • Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies.

Compensation of the Call Center Representative:

Starting salary for this position is $10/hour
