The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of calls with speed and accuracy, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and use multiple operating environments to meet the needs of customers.

Responsibilities for Call Center Representative:
  • Answer inbound calls and customer questions in a professional manner
  • Follow up on customer inquires
  • Process high volume electronic and phone calls efficiently and accurately
  • Manage day to day execution of duties independently

Requirements for the Call Center Representative:
  • Ability to type 45 wpm
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recent customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and use multiple software applications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet background and drug testing requirements

Compensation of the Call Center Representative:

Starting salary for this position is $12 an hour
