Job Title: Call Center Representative

Compensation: $13.00-15.00 hourly

Location: North Saint Louis County

Requirements of Call Center Representative:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of claims processing
  • 1 year minimum work with customer accounts in billing
  • Experience with Medicaid or Medicare claims preferred
  • Ability to meet background and drug screen requirements

Additional Responsibilities of Call Center Representative:
  • Receive inbound calls and provide support for customer concerns
  • Process claims and determine if claim is payable
  • Provide customer information for accounts, billing, and services
  • Use internal database to search for customer information
  • Handle multiple lines and calls
  • Clarify health insurance coverage for coordination of benefits
  • Maintain records, files, and documentaion
  • Multitask with calls and computer work
