Our client, a major manufacturer with headquarters in North Chicago, is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support compensations programs that attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities of Compensation Analyst:
  • Administrate, support, and implement global compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Evaluate positions scope of responsibilities and required level of skills to provide recommendations for pay such as salary, promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive studies of salary and equity survey submissions.
  • Provide data analysis reports and support for internal and external acquisitions, reorganizations, audits, mandates, etc.
  • Work with internal customers to resolve critical data issues.

Requirement of Compensation Analyst:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Human Resources and analytics.
  • Basic compensation highly preferred.
  • Proven project management capability.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
