Job Type: Full-time, 7 Month Contract

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Hours: Monday through Friday; 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M.

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for incentive compensation model design, implementation, and performance tracking for the specialized divisions and sales positions located in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of variable compensation models, formula construction, quota setting and incentive design elements.
  • Development of incentive compensation models.
  • Tracking and monitoring the sales performance and the compensation impact on the field sales force.
  • Working directly with the Compensation Committee, support the design of incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and revenue targets.
  • Develop performance tracking models and incentive compensation resources to improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Develop quarterly incentive compensation plan documents in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of sales force structure, territory alignments, quota setting, etc.
  • Maintains industry and market knowledge of sales force incentive compensation.
  • Develops and maintains strong technical expertise of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • CCP is preferred.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a compensation analyst or related Sales Incentives role.
  • Strong financial modeling background preferred.
  • Experience in working with and communicating with sales leaders.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical and communication skill.
