Monday through Friday; 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M.
Compensation and Benefits, HR Generalist, HR Payroll, Sales Analyst, Business Analyst
Responsible for incentive compensation model design, implementation, and performance tracking for the specialized divisions and sales positions located in the United States.
Strong understanding of variable compensation models, formula construction, quota setting and incentive design elements.
Development of incentive compensation models.
Tracking and monitoring the sales performance and the compensation impact on the field sales force.
Working directly with the Compensation Committee, support the design of incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and revenue targets.
Develop performance tracking models and incentive compensation resources to improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies.
Develop quarterly incentive compensation plan documents in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
Support the development of sales force structure, territory alignments, quota setting, etc.
Maintains industry and market knowledge of sales force incentive compensation.
Develops and maintains strong technical expertise of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
CCP is preferred.
3+ years of previous experience in a compensation analyst or related Sales Incentives role.
Strong financial modeling background preferred.
Experience in working with and communicating with sales leaders.
Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical and communication skill.
