Compensation: $14 an hour + productivity bonuses and this position is contract to permanent



Location: Olivette, MO



Shift: Monday-Saturday/hours vary

Due to continuous growth in the medical supply industry, we are searching for full-time and part-time Customer Care Representatives for a Call Center located in Olivette, Missouri. We are looking for career-minded and goal-oriented individuals who understand the importance of helping customers through a difficult time in their lives.



As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer calls. Representatives handle a variety of calls including providing product information, placing orders and answering shipping and/or billing questions any inquiry or need that our customers may have. Customer Care Representatives take ownership of any call, regardless of the nature of the call through resolution. Putting others needs first is the expectation. Representatives don t just take orders; they build long-lasting relationships with customers.



Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Consult with customers about their personal health care needs
  • Effectively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and continued relationship with HDIS
  • Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve business/organizational goals
  • Work directly with customers through the entire purchasing cycle from order entry to payment and delivery options

Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassion for others and treating people like family
