This position will handle a high volume of calls with speed and accuracy, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and use multiple operating environments to meet the needs of customers.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple online environments with a commitment to facilitate one call resolution .
