Additional Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
  • Request and review customer invoices for accuracy
  • Submit billing claims
  • Resolution of billing inquires and problems
  • Data entry into CRM software
  • Enter customer trouble tickets to appropriate department
  • Other duties assigned

Job Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor s preferred
  • Experience in telecommunications and services
  • Experience in billing review and problems
  • Strong time management and organization
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must meet background and drug screen requirements

Compensation of Customer Service Representative:

$14 - $17 per hour, Based on Experience
