Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
Access company database to retrieve customer and company information.
Responsible for taking inbound calls as well as placing outbound calls to assist customers.
Analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided.
Receive inbound and place outbound calls to customers utilizing information from database.
Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills while working with customers.
Support customers in navigating and troubleshooting any issues over the phone and via email.
Job Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
3 to 5 years of customer service/call center experience required.
Bachelor s degree required.
Previous experience in a SAP environment is preferred.
