Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.
Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services.
Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Job Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
3 to 5 years of customer service/call center experience required.
Heavy and speedy keyboarding is required.
Must have proven skills in the following PC software products Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Word.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to meet client's drug screen and background check requirements.
