Hirelevel powered by Extra Help is seeking Customer Support Representative for a client located in Carbondale, IL. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual that loves working to meet customer satisfaction while educating and suggesting information to resolve patient needs.
Location: Carbondale, IL
Pay Rate: $12-13.50, based on experience

Initiates, develops, and maintains positive relationships with all customers while anticipating needs and interests based on call trends for process improvement
Ability to manage multiple applications ensuring follow up expectations are met
Maintain and exceed company based metrics while providing quality customer service in a timely manner
Communicates and explains the value of the client brand and benefits of services to customers
Adheres to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines about patient records
Accurately logs and updates information in a timely manner in order to track assessment completion, general inquiries, and/or resolution(s)
HS Diploma and/or GED required
Minimum of two year experience in patient access, registration, billing, insurance, and/or precertification required.
Experience with insurance carriers or a third-party administrator is preferred.
Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing required
Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to individuals and businesses
Bilingual experience is a plus
Must meet be able to meet testing requirements along with employment verification and background policies
