EVENT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Event Managers coordinate events on behalf of Patty Long Catering. They handle customer inquiries and are the point of contact for all event details once the sales cycle has entered the 90-day-out phase. Event Managers are responsible for managing event details and client expectations while adhering to deadlines and budgets and coordinating activities to prepare for the day of the event. Event Managers report to the Director of Sales and Events.
EVENT MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all details and logistics of events.
- Ensure proper staffing and understand each staff position’s responsibilities in order to coordinate the event efficiently.
- Manage client communications
- Complete all projects assigned by the Director of Sales in a timely and efficient manner
