Responsibilities of Executive Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team with a high degree of initiative, confidence and professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, deadlines, and correspondence executives.
  • Initiate Safety department tracking and reporting programs for OSHA compliance.
  • Coordinate office calendars, prioritizing projects.
  • Manage office supplies, sort mail and answer phones.
  • Communicate effectively in all customer service and staff assistance.

Requirements of Executive Administrative Assistant:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years previous Administrative Assistance experience required.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Poise and positive attitude with high energy and ability to be creative when implementing work strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge of Spreadsheet and PowerPoint creation and utilization.
