Additional Responsibilities of HCM Implementation Specialist:
Be the initial point of contact for the implementation process for all new clients including working on trainings, process improvement, and researching new workflows
Take the lead on all the implementation projects including problem solving, organization, and time management to see the implementation project from start to finish
Meet strict deadlines for the project to be completed in an appropriate timeframe while maintaining a high level of checks and balances for auditing errors
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with the Business Development Team, Payroll Specialists, and Management at HireLevel
Assist with other projects delegated by management as needed
Job Requirements of HCM Implementation Specialist:
Minimum of 3+ years relevant work history in a project or task driven role while in a fast pace environment
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment with challenging customer demands while providing excellent customer service to meet our Experience Expectations program
Able to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management in person, over the phone, and electronically
Technology proficiency is a must to troubleshoot issues and research new ideas for process improvement
Ability and desire to work both independently and in a team environment to meet the goals and objections of the company.
