Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a link between management and employees

  • Interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems

  • Perform staffing duties, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedure

  • Understand the legalities of business law in relation to HR and employee employment rights and how to apply them within your day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare

  • Bookkeeping, and administer compensation or benefits program

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months HR experience

  • Minimum Associates degree

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

  • You must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to company
