Compensation of IT Support Desk
Additional Responsibilities of IT Support Desk
Single point of resolution for all desktop technology devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printing, wireless networking, audio/visual equipment, application, etc and put out daily fires by diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
performing hardware and software installation procedures
Install and configure peripherals such as printers on computers, network switches and tablets, etc.
Basic troubleshooting of reported issues; control, manage, track, document and record all reported issues into the help desk ticketing software.
Preventative maintenance for all clients computing device on a scheduled basis, system software maintenance, system security and product hardware and software upgrades
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Assisting in others areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned
