Compensation of IT Support Desk
  • $15/HR

Additional Responsibilities of IT Support Desk
  • Single point of resolution for all desktop technology devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printing, wireless networking, audio/visual equipment, application, etc and put out daily fires by diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
  • performing hardware and software installation procedures
  • Install and configure peripherals such as printers on computers, network switches and tablets, etc.
  • Basic troubleshooting of reported issues; control, manage, track, document and record all reported issues into the help desk ticketing software.
  • Preventative maintenance for all clients computing device on a scheduled basis, system software maintenance, system security and product hardware and software upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
  • Assisting in others areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements of IT Support Desk:
  • 1-3 years of relative wok experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in IT is preferred
  • Ability to problem solve
