Responsibilities of the Learning + Development Coordinator:
  • Support daily training activities for the Quality Assurance department.
  • Assure employees are trained on time by verifying employee set-up, routing documents, and scheduling classes.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis, define problems, identify cause and implement training solutions.
  • Facilitate training on problem solving strategies and tools.
  • Gather and record training data and report training metrics to management.
  • Prepare for and participate in training and compliance audits.

Requirements of the Learning + Development Coordinator:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with FDA regulation and knowledge of compliance and quality systems is preferred
  • Must be able to work accurately while following close timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must deliver good customer service and communicate effectively
