Responsibilities of the Learning + Development Coordinator:
Support daily training activities for the Quality Assurance department.
Assure employees are trained on time by verifying employee set-up, routing documents, and scheduling classes.
Perform Root Cause Analysis, define problems, identify cause and implement training solutions.
Facilitate training on problem solving strategies and tools.
Gather and record training data and report training metrics to management.
Prepare for and participate in training and compliance audits.
Requirements of the Learning + Development Coordinator:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
College degree in a related field preferred
Familiarity with FDA regulation and knowledge of compliance and quality systems is preferred
Must be able to work accurately while following close timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team
Must deliver good customer service and communicate effectively
