Responsibilities of the Manager of Call Center Operations:
  • Direct the 24/7 Call Center and make decisions that are consistent with operation plans/budgets
  • Lead the team in the right direction and make sure all individuals follow company policies and procedures
  • Research market trends and relate information back to clients for business opportunities
  • Participate and management budget and expenses for assigned area
  • Perform data analysis and give recommendations on process improvements
  • Understand company technology and ensure productivity and success of the call center
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as Business Planning, Technology, HR, and Sales

Requirements of the Manager of Call Center Operations:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have 5 years of experience with proven success in Contact Center Management
  • Must have 3 years of fleet roadside assistance; especially commercial tire manufacturers and distributors
  • Experience analyzing data and creating financial budgets
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on full-time basis
