Location: Du Quoin, IL

Compensation: $19.50 - $24 / hour + shift differential

Shift: 8 hour shifts with openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. 3p-11p and 11p-7a.

Responsibilities for Production Worker:

• Responsible for safely following standard work instructions corresponding with job tasks
• Loads material into machine using mechanical devices, hoists, payoffs, fork trucks
• Use human-machine interfaces (touch screens), hand tools, power tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
• Adjusts machine controls to regulate line speed, color, steam pressure, temperature, water level and tensions
• Examines products for any non-conformances or work in our state-of-the-art quality assurance department where we test 100% of our material to various industry standards
• Work as a team to change over complex equipment
• Use computer programs to record production, scrap, downtime and finished goods while also accessing work instructions, training documents and safety documents on the shop floor
• Responsible for adherence to company policies

Requirements for Production Worker:

• Previous work-related experience beneficial
• Must be able to work 8 hour shifts with 4 hours of mandatory overtime
• Must have 3+ years of recent consecutive warehouse experience.
• Must meet requirements for background and drug testing policies
• High school diploma
• Must provide an updated resume
