We re looking for a highly-organized, jack-of-all-trades to effectively manage the processes, technology and operations needed to support a multi-state staffing agency with multiple profit centers. This role plays a collaborative and critical role in the following areas: end-to-end management of service providers and vendors; development and execution of organizational learning and development programs to meet our growing business needs; human resource and information technology compliance and security audits; and recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding of all internal talent. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts within the organization to identify solutions and implement comprehensive programs.
Design, develop and implement solutions to achieve large-scale and/or long-term business outcomes.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, employment legislation, and federal, state and local legislation pertaining to personnel matters, and ensures organization-wide compliance.
Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with tight deadlines.
Oversee continuous monitoring of vendors through risk mitigation activities and management of vendor performance levels
Demonstrated business acumen and consulting skills to work closely with managers and employees at all levels.
Ability to use data and metrics to guide planning and program design. Strong problem solving, project management and implementation skills.
2+ years of experience in a metric-based project management environment.
Bachelor degree preferred in business administration, human resources management or related field.
