HireLevel powered by Extra Help is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant for our client in Columbus, Ohio!
This candidate will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance. This position provides operational and administrative support to departmental projects and larger-scale division-wide efforts. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, candidate will perform duties such as tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Assistant:
Filing complaints, drafting letters, entering site codes into complaint database, scanning complaint files, amongst other duties.
Creates and develops visual presentations and documents for the department.
Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the vice president and the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the vice president, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
3 to 5 years of experience in a professional office environment, with a background in project management
Must have excellent technical skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and generate reports
Must be able to work independently and with little supervision
