Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Research, Source, and Identify candidates using multiple strategies including: Linkedin, CareerBuilder, Indeed, social media, job boards, etc.
Build relationships with the candidates to develop an effective pipeline of key talent to improve our overall bench strength
Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, face to face, or Skype
Effective and professional communication with internal team members to sell and upsell to clients based on the pipeline of talent created
Timely tracking and updating of candidate status to ensure effective reporting and metrics capabilities
Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny and judgment
Maintain database accuracy and comply with all standards, guidelines, policies and procedure as directed by client
Requirements of the Recruiter:
1-3 years of full-desk recruiting experience, additional sales experience is a plus
Travel between offices nation-wide may be required depending on the needs of the clients
Ability to organize work assignments and work independently
Must demonstrate ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to multi-task, meets deadlines, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and willingness turn learn new applicant tracking systems is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, and proactively anticipate client needs
