Responsibilities of Senior Compensation Analyst:
Administrate, support, and implement global compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
Evaluate positions scope of responsibilities and required level of skills to provide recommendations for pay such as salary, promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.
Oversees creation of position descriptions and evaluation for salary assignment.
Maintains programs such as salary planning, merit increases, and incentive plans.
Conduct comprehensive studies of salary and equity survey submissions.
Provide data analysis reports and support for internal and external acquisitions, reorganizations, audits, mandates, etc.
Work with internal customers to resolve critical data issues.
Requirement of Senior Compensation Analyst:
Bachelor s degree in related field required.
3 to 6 years experience in a related role required.
Working knowledge of basic compensation functions and point method systems preferred.
Proven project management capability.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
