Our client, a major manufacturer in North Chicago, is looking for Customer Service Representatives on a contract basis in their busy call center. This position will handle a high volume of calls with speed and accuracy, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and use multiple operating environments to meet the needs of customers.

Job Duties of the Senior Customer Service Representative:
  • Access company database to retrieve customer and company information.
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls as well as placing outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided.
  • Receive inbound and place outbound calls to customers utilizing information from database.
  • Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills while working with customers.
  • Support customers in navigating and troubleshooting any issues over the phone and via email.

Job Requirements of the Senior Customer Service Representative:
  • 5+ years of customer service/call center experience required.
  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • Previous experience in a SAP environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
