Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst

Job Category: Full-time, Contract

Hours: Monday through Friday; 8 a.M. To 5 p.M.

Location: Lake County, IL

Job Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Analyst candidate:
  • Responsible for assisting in the production and analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics as well as providing operational support to Talent Acquisition team members
  • Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts
  • Tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management.
  • Run reports, ensure data integrity, accuracy and analyze data.
  • Respond to questions from Talent Acquisition team members and candidates regarding the overall recruitment process as well as the applicant tracking system.
  • Implement processes for data collection, governance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Aid in preparing Talent Acquisition related communications and training programs
  • Perform system testing for applicant tracking system enhancements and new technology implementations
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Analyst candidate:
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
  • Demonstrated general understanding of averages, ratios and statistics
  • Prefer knowledge of recruiting/hiring practices
  • Ability to meet drug screen and background requirements
