We’re looking for a proactive leader with strong communication skills to inspire team productivity, ensure quality, and prioritize safety in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Edwardsville, IL
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 1 pm - 10 pm (2^nd shift)
• Compensation: $20-$25/hr., based on experience
• Similar Roles: Operations Supervisor, Team Lead, Warehouse Lead

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture where team members feel empowered and engaged
• Interview, train, and develop team members to meet operational goals
• Coordinate daily activities, managing schedules, productivity, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot labor and inventory issues, recommending improvements as needed
• Monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and productivity standards
• Prepare and present reports on inventory, shipping, and receiving activities for leadership

Requirements of Warehouse Supervisor:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, managing 20+ employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet background and drug screening requirements
