Job Responsibilities of the Web Programmer:
Accountable for developing software code and associated life cycle deliverables for PC and Mainframe applications.
Interprets process, data modules, and business requirements into software code.
Analyzes, designs, develops, implements and maintains moderate to complex computer programs and subsystems.
Performs all of the steps required to design, test, and code such programs.
Develops procedures and operating instructions, and successfully moves programs into production.
Provides production support through problems analysis and resolution to correct deficiencies.
Performs assignments under direct supervision.
Analyze problem or new request, design problem or new request resolution and is familiar with SDLC methodologies.
Develop program specifications and design testing requirements.
Code modules according to specifications and client standards.
Prepare test plan and test modules.
Develop program and system documentation. Conduct program and system implementation.
Maintain application production environment. Respond and resolve production problems and respond and resolve user inquiries.
Job Requirements of the Web Programmer:
10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree minimum.
Requires minimum of 7+ years of experience in using Microsoft .Net technologies using C#, ASP.NET, Relational Databases with emphasis in enterprise class web application, web services and component development.
Web development requires experience with .NET Framework C# / VB.NET, ASP.NET - MVC, Web Forms, Web API, WCF, Visual Studio 2010/2013+, HTML/CSS/JQuery/Bootstrap, Knockout JS/Angular JS or equivalent.
Database development requires experience with design and maintenance using SQL database technology or equivalent.
Good integration experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe or any 3rd party experience will be given preference.
Experience in ASP.NET/MVC and Relational Databases is required to be considered for this position. Candidates must be willing to work on site and there will be no remote work considered for this role.
Development experience for regulated industry will be a plus.
