This position will be providing administrative support to director-level management.
Full-time, 6 Month Contract
Casa Grande, AZ
$13.00 - $14.55 per hour depending on contract
: 8: 00am - 4: 30pm; Monday to Friday
: Office Clerk, Administrative, Office Manager, Data Entry, Secretary
Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Interact with different computer systems.
Organize quality documents as they are submitted by various different departments.
Communicate status of work clearly.
Work efficiently for interdepartmental support while still meeting timelines.
Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
Must have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Must have previous experience doing quality checks or working in a manufacturing/production facility.
Must be detailed oriented, self-disciplined and have good written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Educational requirement of high school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass client's background and drug screen requirements.
