This position will be providing administrative support to director-level management.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Category: Full-time, 6 Month Contract

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.55 per hour depending on contract

Hours: 8: 00am - 4: 30pm; Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Interact with different computer systems.
  • Organize quality documents as they are submitted by various different departments.
  • Communicate status of work clearly.
  • Work efficiently for interdepartmental support while still meeting timelines.

Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Must have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Must have previous experience doing quality checks or working in a manufacturing/production facility.
  • Must be detailed oriented, self-disciplined and have good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Educational requirement of high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass client's background and drug screen requirements.
