This client manufactures and sells products that provide assistance with incontinence. Their drive to provide customers with excellent service and products has pushed them to be the leading supplier in this field throughout the nation. Currently, they are seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to ensure that customers are receiving the highest quality of service through coaching employees in the contact center.

Position: Direct Hire

Location: Olivette, MO

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Supervisor:
  • Be the point of contact for Care Representatives that need assistance with customer issues or product questions
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures that will ensure future success
  • Monitor CCR phone calls and provide feedback when necessary
  • Ensure that each CCR is meeting weekly, monthly, or yearly KPI s
  • Ensure that each team member is trained appropriately and provide additional training when necessary
  • Create department contests and incentives that help boost morale and excitement

Requirements of the Customer Care Supervisor:
  • Must have 1+ years experience in a CCR role and prior experience in QA for care
  • Must be able to work on weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Supervisor experience in a call center environment and workforce management experience is a plus
