Customer Service Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that the correct resources are in place for our clients. This is in the form of the correct targeting prospects for our clients. The Customer Service Coordinator oversees acquiring prospects for our clients, cleaning and confirming the prospect information is correct, formatting the prospects for our database, and uploading them to our automation software. It is the Customer Service Coordinators responsibility to make sure that the company s clientele has all the correct resources available.
Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay Rate: $13; based on experience
Shift: Monday Thursday; 8: 30 am 5: 30 pm (these hours may vary)
Assisting Targeting Strategists with client strategy
Pulling prospect data from external and internal resources
Cleansing, formatting, and uploading prospect data into the database/automation software
Communicating clearly with additional departments to guarantee top client performance
Continual internal optimization of operations processes
Follow strict project turnaround time for projects
Staying organized and being detail-oriented
Not becoming easily distracted
Ability and willingness to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Comfortable working with technology and different software
