Our client has been a global nutritional products manufacturer and healthcare research organization for more than 125 years. They are currently looking for a Digital Solutions IT Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with IT infrastructure teams in order to implement, manage, and document IT solutions requests.

Responsibilities of the Digital Solutions IT Project Manager:
  • Monitor day to day systems and track required system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Manage deployments, implementation, end user testing, and training while meeting SLAs.
  • Work closely with senior executive teams to provide digital solutions that will meet overall business needs.
  • Oversee and identify causes and corrections of system applications.
  • Manage supplier and vendor delivery solutions.
  • Be able to provide forecasts and timelines to deliver requested services for application and infrastructure support.
  • Act as liaison between Digital Technology Solution leaders while incorporating BRMs to meet solution demands.
  • Be able to manage supply chain as it relates to delivery, quality, budget, and cost.
  • Ensure all processes are within compliance and meet defined quality metrics and practices.
  • Track financials, benefits, variances, and milestones to satisfy business goals.
  • Work closely with finance to track spending and capital budget.

Job Requirements of the Digital Solutions IT Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience.
  • Good experience and knowledge in technology that covers standard computing environments (Business Systems, Windows, Office communication, ERP, LAN/WAN, network and system security).
  • Experience/understanding of commercial standard processes (finance, controlling, purchasing, logistics) of a large organization.
  • Provide expertise in SAP MM, SRM, LIV & Accounts Payable and cross functional integration with Order To Cash, Supply Chain Management and Record To Report.
  • Understanding of basic COBIT framework and application of industry IT standards.
