Our client is a global healthcare manufacturer and research firm with a rich 125+ year history.
: Part-time, 7 Month Contract
Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8: 00am - 5: 00pm (32 hours weekly)
Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, Scheduling
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Support a manager traveling around 50% of the time internationally.
Manage all travel, calendar and helping prep for exec. Level presentations.
Handles all routine mail or inquiries and sets priorities to projects assigned.
Keeps an accurate calendar of appointments, meetings and due dates for executive.
Job Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
2-5 years of experience with meeting planning, international and domestic travel arrangements and schedule management.
Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Must be able be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
