Job Title: Help Desk Support II

Job Type: Full-time, 8 Month Contract

Location: Columbus, OH

Hours: Monday through Friday; 8: 00am to 5: 00pm

Job Duties of Help Desk Support II:
  • Customer facing role resolving PC issues both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must build and maintain positive and productive relationships with peers and customers.
  • Translate technical information into simple terms which can be understood by customers.

Job Requirements of Help Desk Support II:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
  • 2 to 4 years of computer support experience.
  • Must have strong & proven customer service skills and intermediate technical skills.
  • Excellent numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to meet background and drug screening requirements
