Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in Benton, IL. The ideal candidate will already have a property and casualty insurance license and experience working in a fast paced/busy environment.

Located in Benton, Illinois, and a trusted independent insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized service and comprehensive coverage solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. Job Category: Temp to hire
Location: Benton, IL.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break
Compensation: $20.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Licensed Customer Service Rep:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Provide ongoing customer support regarding policy questions, coverage explanations, and policy maintenance
- Quote new business and assist clients with insurance needs
- Process and assist with insurance claims
- Manage client billing, payments, and account reconciliations
- Utilize Agency Management Systems (AMS) and industry-specific software to maintain accurate client records
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements of the Licensed Customer Service Rep:
- Property & Casualty Licensing
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
- Ability to Multi-task
