Job Duties for the Office Manager:
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages while logging in company database
  • Take payments from customers while providing excellent service

Job Requirements for the Office Manager:
  • Must have at a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience
  • Understanding of debits and credits
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus, but not required
  • Must meet requirements of drug screening and background check
