Position Overview
- Job Title: Production Worker

- Locations: Belleville, IL | Sauget, IL | Edwardsville, IL | Pontoon Beach, IL
- Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
- Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour
- Similar Roles: Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, General Laborer
Key Responsibilities for Production Workers:
- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and verify orders
- Inspect boxes, accessories, and final products for quality standards
- Perform label verification and final acceptance checks
- Pick and pack items using carts and proper handling procedure

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable work ethic and excellent attendance
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
