This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting of candidates to meet client specifications including sourcing, screening and interviewing.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Networking within organizations and the community to generate referrals and source qualified candidates and new business
  • Attend job fairs in the community and career fairs with local colleges and universities
  • Aid in daily office operations and staffing of positions
  • Present/Sell candidates that have been screened to meet specified qualifications to HR/hiring managers of other companies
  • Cultivate new business relationships and enhance relationships with current clients
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with management to achieve weekly recruiting targets
  • Must meet established hiring goals and KPIs



Job Requirements:
  • Relevant work history in recruiting, personnel management or sales preferred
  • Minimum 2 years sales/business development experience in sales management
  • Ability to travel regionally
  • Self-motivated and target driven strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment with challenging customer demands
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Employee Relations and "people" expert, professionalism is a must
  • Experience in Social Media recruiting knowledge is a plus
  • Computer proficiency- including Microsoft platform and applicant tracking system
  • Must possess consulting skills that will effectively address key issues among various small business clients
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform HR tasks, administrative and management tasks by meeting requirements of assessments
  • Ability and desire to complete projects on time and maintain excellent follow-up throughout the duration of a project/hire
  • Ability and desire to work both independently and in a team environment to meet the goals and objections of the company
