Responsibilities of the Recruiter/Candidate Relations Representative:
  • Research, Source, and Identify candidates using multiple strategies including: LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Build relationships with the candidates to develop an effective pipeline of key talent to improve our overall bench strength
  • Schedule and conduct interviews via phone and face to face
  • Effective and professional communication with internal team members to sell and upsell to clients based on the pipeline of talent created
  • Timely tracking and updating of candidate status to ensure effective reporting and metrics capabilities
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny and judgment
  • Maintain database accuracy and comply with all standards, guidelines, policies and procedure as directed by client
  • Download web applications from the previous day and assign web applicants to accurate locations

Requirements of the Recruiter/Candidate Relations Representative:
  • Relevant work history in recruiting preferred
  • Travel between offices nation-wide may be required depending on the needs of the clients
  • Ability to organize work assignments and work independently
  • Must demonstrate ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, meets deadlines, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and willingness turn learn new applicant tracking systems is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, and proactively anticipate client needs
  • Employee Relations and "people" expert, professionalism is a must
  • Experience in Social Media recruiting knowledge is a plus
  • Be able to handle high call volumes
  • Self-motivated and target driven strong customer service and problem solving skills
