Our founder, Teresa Katubig, grew HireLevel from the ground up in 1995 as a temporary employment agency with a credit card and a prayer. Today, HireLevel is a certified Women-Owned Business and full-service human capital management firm specializing in light industrial staffing, professional search and payroll services. We design and deliver solutions that focus on mobilizing the right people, with the right skills, to help businesses: improve performance; attract and retain talent; respond rapidly to market conditions; and reduce the cost, risk and duration of life-cycle recruiting and human resources.
Our firm is growing! As we scale our business we are looking to develop future leaders in recruiting and sourcing disciplines through our 12-week development program. You will gain applicable experience and industry knowledge in a hands-on learning environment focused on:
Active and passive candidate recruitment strategies utilizing social media platforms, digital advertisement placement, database mining, in-person events, networking, sourcing, etc.
Qualifying candidates for active and evergreen client openings
Building relationships with talent partners in target markets focused on military/veterans, campus, diversity, professional associations, career centers and referral networks
Creating daily call lists to make 50+ outbound calls per day to passive and active candidates
Fulfilling various administrative duties given by recruitment team such as resume editing, sending mass communication messages to candidates and other assigned tasks
Compensation for the Recruiter/Sourcer Internship: $10 hour
