This law-firm specializes in corporate litigation supporting a wide range of industries; such as Agriculture, Health Care, Transportation, etc. Currently, they are searching for a Senior Manager of Human Resources to assist the Director of HR in creating an innovative atmosphere.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Human Resources:
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with current and future staffing needs
  • Develop policies and procedures for the entire firm, assist with the enhancement of education programs, continue to promote a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Ensure government compliance with I-9 s, EEO administration, E-verify, and personnel files
  • Consult senior staff members, managers, and supervisors regarding employee relations issues; specifically, performance management, training, development, and recruiting
  • Be an innovative and strategic leader for the HR department and ensure effective and efficient HR services are aligned with overall firm strategy

Requirements of the Senior Manager of Human Resources:
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Must have 8+ years of Human Resources experience and 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and laws for California, Missouri, Illinois, and Washington, DC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on full-time basis
