Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:
Manage job requisitions, screening candidates, sourcing of passive candidates, and driving the recruitment process to completion. Provide recruiting and staffing services to management.
Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified external candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with all customers to enhance our business understanding and recruitment performance.
Oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.).
Recommend fair, competitive offer based on internal equity and external market-based pay.
Ensure accurate and timely data is recorded in the company s requisition and applicant tracking system for compliance and reporting metrics.
Job Requirements of the Senior Recruiter:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 to 10 years of direct responsibility for recruitment, with some experience managing client interactions.
Experience with legal clients strongly preferred.
Experience in a corporate setting preferred, Fortune 1000 experience a plus.
Must be able to meet client s background check and drug testing requirements.
