The Software Support Specialist will provide the first line of support to internal customers for Human Resources Operations Software such as Workday. Experience is preferred but our client is willing to train!

Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
Provide first level support for questions or issues regarding Human Resources software applications via phone, email or web.
Respond to all cases and calls from internal departments regarding clients' technical issues and provide resolution or document and report escalations to appropriate department.
Analyzes data reports, forms and/or web technologies to help identify underlying issues.
May also provide training to users on navigating and using software applications as needed.
Job Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
3 to 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor s Degree highly preferred, minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
Excellent Excel experience required.
Required typing speed of at least 35wpm.
Past experience handling at least 25 calls per day and doing data analysis.
Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
