HireLevel is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client, an international pharmaceuticals manufacturer in Columbus, OH!

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Department ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Category: Full-time, 1 Year Contract

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • Works with other parts of the business in supporting hiring of talent: create job posting, accurately enter applicant details, schedule interviews, answer candidate inquiries, etc.
  • Partners with recruiter/department in providing administrative support; works closely with team providing information needed for job requisitions.
  • Arranges travel, transportation, and accommodations for candidates; processes their reimbursements and relocation.
  • Completes new hire/transfer information and forwards to appropriate areas. Processes paperwork for background and drug screen.
  • Prepares external and internal offer letters, New Hire Packets, and other correspondence.
  • Provides basic adhoc reporting.

Job Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination.
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Recrutment Assistant or Coordinate is a plus.
  • Ability to pass client' s background and drug screens
