Position: 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Manage Full Life Cycle Recruiting
Source and Prescreen qualified applicants
Work closely with hiring teams to determine qualifications
Conduct compensation analysis and recommendations
Manage onboarding process
Maintain and update HRIS system
Perform other contracting duties as assigned.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications.
